Founded in 1982 by master craftsman Gareth Williams, Chatswood Kitchens has been a cornerstone of the Kapiti Coast community for over four decades. What began in a modest workshop has grown into the region’s most trusted name in custom kitchen design and manufacturing.

Growing up in the workshop, Justin Williams learned the craft from his father – understanding that true quality comes from attention to detail, premium materials and genuine care for every client. Those early lessons shaped the values that still drive Chatswood Kitchens today.

Now, as Co-Director alongside his wife Lucy, Justin carries forward his father’s legacy while bringing fresh innovation to modern kitchen design. And as their young daughter takes her first steps through the same workshop where Justin grew up, a third generation is being inspired by the craft, creativity and dedication that have defined Chatswood Kitchens for more than 40 years.
